ST. MARY, Mo. -- Paul E. Dillard, 87, of St. Mary died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015, at his home. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 6:30 to 10 a.m. Friday at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville, Missouri. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. David Duncan officiating. Burial will be in Brown Cemetery near St. Mary, with military honors by American Legion Post 133 and Delta Team...
