Norman Ray McMullin, 71, of Jonesboro, Ark., formerly of Scott City, died Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011. The funeral was held Nov. 9 at the Freedom Center in Jonesboro, with the Revs. Anthony and Sheree Strickland officiating.
