Stapel, 90, died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 1995, at Chateau Girardeau Health Care Center.

In addition to other memberships and activities, she was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, FY Chapter of PEO, and was an associate member of Nancy Hunter Chapter DAR.
