Joann Kennedy Weatherly, 87, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Sept. 16, 2019, at de Greeff Hospice Center, Mercy South Hospital, in St. Louis. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at First General Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau. Funeral will follow at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with the Rev. Jim Rudolph officiating.
