JESSIE JOHNSON

DEXTER -- Graveside service for Jessie L. Johnson was held Thursday at Dexter Cemetery. Marsh Watkins officiated.

Watkins and Sons Funeral Home at Dexter was in charge of arrangements.

Johnson, 69, died Thursday, July 25, 1996, at Lucy Lee Hospital in Poplar Bluff.

She was born Oct. 11, 1926, in Dexter, daughter of Jesse and Clara Wilda Day Harvey. She and William J. Johnson were married Feb. 6, 1950. He died Jan. 30, 1995.

Survivors include a son, Donald Johnson of Poplar Bluff.
