Jennifer Ann Scaggs, 51, of Jackson died Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel. There is no service.
