ADVANCE, Mo. — James Ivan Stepp, 78, of Advance died Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at the Advance Nursing Center. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. Burial will follow at Cato Cemetery near Arab, Mo.
