ALTENBURG, Mo. -- Irene Erna Schirmer, 88, of Altenburg died Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 6:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday at Young and Sons East Perry Chapel in Altenburg.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Altenburg, with the Rev. Steven Dressler officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
