Hubert C. Palmer, 90, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Aug. 21, 2017, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with Raymond Dykens officiating. Burial will be at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson, with full military honors...
