CAIRO, Ill. — Harry Warren Armstrong Jr., 69, of Cairo died Friday, June 10, 2016, at Daystar Care Center in Cairo. Graveside memorial services will be 12:30 p.m. July 1 at Mound City National Cemetery in Mound City, Illinois, with the Rev. Buddy Walls officiating. Full military honors will be given by the U.S. Navy Burial Team and area veterans. Interment will follow...
