The infant died shortly after birth Wednesday, April 3, 1996, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Survivors include his mother, Lisa Bilek of Millersville; a brother, Coleton Bilek; a sister, Lacey Bilek Whitworth, and maternal grandparents, Ed and Verna Bilek of Millersville.

McCombs Funeral Home at Jackson was in charge of arrangements.
