She was born Jan. 24, 1902, in Chicago. She married Forest C. Brown, who died in 1980.
Brown was formerly of Cairo, Ill., and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

There is no visitation.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Cairo City Cemetery in Villa Ridge.
Barkett Funeral Home at Cairo is in charge of arrangements.
