Elsie Louise Caldwell, 85, of Dutchtown died Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, at Fountainbleau Lodge in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Wavis Jordan officiating.
