He was a retired barber who owned and operated Dudley's Barbershop in Lutesville for many years.

He was born in Illinois to the late William Thomas and Helen Harrison Smith.
Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday.
