WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — Dr. David H. Stubbs, 78, of West Des Moines and a native of Cape Girardeau, died Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024. A celebration of life will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, at Glen Oaks Country Club in West Des Moines. Hamilton’s Funeral and After Life Services is in charge of arrangements.
