Dorothy M. Scheper, 82, of Jackson passed away Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in the chapel of McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Sam Roethemeyer officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson...
