CAIRO, Ill. -- Donald "Donnie" Childers, 69, of Cairo died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Cairo. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Church of the Redeemer in Cairo. Interment will be at Mound City National Cemetery at Mound City, Illinois. Military honors will be accorded by local veterans...
