Lacy, 83, died Saturday, Feb. 11, 1995, at Chaffee Nursing Center.

He was born Oct. 9, 1911, at Lowndes, son of William H. and Minnie McCom Lacy.

Lacy retired as a machine operator from Florsheim Shoe Co. in Cape Girardeau.

There are no survivors.
