Cheryl L. Mullins, 67, of Jackson died Friday, Sept. 14, 2018, at Monticello House. Family and friends may gather from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Crain Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Cape Girardeau. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Stan Hargis officiating. Private interment services will take place at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
