CAIRO, Ill. -- Carl Edward "Johnny" Thomas, 77, of Cairo died Sunday, July 5, 2015. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Cairo. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Larry Potts officiating. Burial will be in Mound City National Cemetery with military honors by area veterans and Illinois National Guard...
