Carl Lee Talley, 81, of Jackson died Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Don Estes officiating. Burial will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson, with full military honors...
