MOUND CITY, Ill. -- Betty R. Billingsley, 80, of Alvin, Texas, formerly of Mound City, died Monday, Feb. 26, 2007, at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center in Webster, Texas. Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge, Ill., is in charge of arrangements.
