Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Apple Creek, Missouri. Funeral Mass will be at noon Saturday at the church, with the Rev. PERRYVILLE, Mo. — Bernard "Bernie" Winschel, 86, of Perryville died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2020, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
