Anita Marie Sirface, 33, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Aug. 15, 2002, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Survivors include her husband, Mark Sirface of Cape Girardeau, and two daughters, Natalie and Emily of the home. Funeral will be Thursday at Carlton-Ullrich Funeral Home in Tonawanda, N.Y.
