YOUTH IS EAGLE SCOUT
Lance Gragg of Cape Girardeau received the Eagle Scout award this spring. The Eagle Scout award is the highest honor in scouting. To earn this award, Gragg earned 25 merit badges and devoted 40 hours completing his service project. Gragg has been a member of Troop 16 for seven years.
