Dr. Marilyn Kern-Foxworth, an award-winning writer and scholar, will be the guest on KRCU's "Going Public" show.
The program airs at 3 p.m. today on the National Public Radio affiliate, 90.9 FM.
Kern-Foxworth is the first black to receive a doctorate with an emphasis in advertising.
In 1994, she authored the first book ever written on blacks in advertising.
