Ware man gets 4-year sentence for sex abuse

Charles W. Peshoff Jr., 38, of Ware, Illinois, was sentenced Tuesday in a Union County courtroom to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
He will be required to register as a sex offender for life.

Peshoff is convicted of committing an act of sexual penetration with a 14-year-old between November 2014 and June 2015. He was arrested in August by the Anna, Illinois, Police Department.
