Victory Outreach makes improvements after flooding

The floor of the church was ruined after the recent flooding in the Red Star District. Members of the church ripped the floor out down to the dirt, and have rebuilt the floor and altar. Green said the church will be better than before with the repairs. "God is good," Green said.
