VETS DAY PARADE WELCOMES PARTICIPANTS
The Joint Veterans Council of Cape Girardeau will sponsor the annual Veterans Day Parade Nov. 8 starting at 2 p.m. The parade will form on Lorimier Street between Broadway and Independence and move west on Broadway to Capaha Park.
