Dustin Hotop, 16, and Lucille Camp, 51, died in the 6:20 a.m. crash on U.S. 61, two-tenths of a mile north of Perry County Road 904 north of Perryville.
The Missouri Highway Patrol said Hotop's vehicle was northbound on U.S. 61 when it crossed the center line and struck Camp's southbound vehicle.
