Voters in the Kelly School District returned two incumbents and elected a new member to the Kelly School Board in Tuesday's election. Incumbent Tammy Wadlington was the top vote-getter, with 196 votes. Fellow incumbent Greg Birk finished just behind, with 192 votes. And Amy Tackett earned the final seat, with 99 votes...
