Two highways closed at Dutchtown due to high water
The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department has announced two area road closures. Highway 74 at Dutchtown was closed early Tuesday morning. In addition, Highway 25 at Dutchtown is closed as of this afternoon. Pertinent address: Dutchtown, MO
