Two Cape Girardeau residents have completed a seven-month leadership program sponsored by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce.
Robert C. Briner, director of the SEMO Regional Crime Lab, and Thomas W. Schulte, office director for Sen. Christopher Bond, completed the program called Leadership Missouri.
It is designed to help business and civic leaders better understand the operation of Missouri government.
