TRAFFIC TO BE DIVERTED FOR PARADE
Police will block streets Friday to make room for the 1997 Independence Day Parade. The parade begins at 11:30 a.m. in Capaha Park, goes west on Broadway to Kingshighway to Kiwanis Drive, and west on Kiwanis Drive into Arena Park.
