Neglasper McClinton, 20, was sentenced to 60 months on one felony count of possession with intent to distribute five grams or more of cocaine base. He appeared U.S. District Judge E. Richard Webber.

On Dec. 13, 2001, a Cape Girardeau police officer seized cocaine base from McClinton after officers stopped a car in which the defendant was riding as a passenger.
