TIP OPENS REFERRAL AND INFORMATION BUREAU

Tip of Illinois Health Services announces the opening of a referral and information bureau to provide coordination of patient needs.

One call will link a patient to a variety of services and agencies, such as home health, hospice and outpatient therapy.

The staff includes a registered nurse and a social worker. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For information call the Carbondale office at 1-800-652-4TIP or 618-549-8419.
