Kenny Bramlett of Cape Girardeau recently won first place in an agriculture competition at Neosho.
He competed in the fertilizer category of the career planning division. The postsecondary agriculture student competition was open only to students at vocational schools or junior colleges.
Bramlett is a student at Linn State Technical College.
