STUDENT WINS COMPETITION

Gemo Wong Jr., son of Dr. and Mrs. Gemo Wong of Cairo, Ill., has been chosen as a 1996 recipient of the Lord & Taylor American Dress Design Scholarship Competition. Gemo's dress design will be exhibited at the Lord & Taylor Watertower Store in Chicago through April 8.

Gemo is a junior at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and plans to intern in New York during his senior year. Gemo is a 1992 graduate of Cape Central High School.
