Michael Minner, a student at L.J. Schultz Middle School, has received the Outstanding Young Citizen Award sponsored by the Breakfast Exchange Club.
He is the son of Michael and Robin Minner.

The award is based on citizenship, attitude, academics, character, service, leadership and sportsmanship.
At Schultz, Michael participates in drama club, choir, student council and intramurals. He was student council president for the first semester and serves as a peer helper and peer tutor.
