ST. LOUIS (AP) -- A 35-year-old St. Louis man has been charged with killing his mother, whose body was found stuffed into a kitchen cabinet.
Police say James Michael Hudson confessed to the murder of his mother, Florene Hudson, 70. A motive for the crime was not known.
Relatives reported Florene Hudson missing Tuesday. Later that day, police found her stabbed and stuffed inside a kitchen cabinet in her home.
James Hudson is jailed on charges of first-degree murder and armed criminal action.
