ST. FRANCIS PLANS ANNUAL FALL FITNESS FEST SUNDAY
St. Francis Medical Center's seventh annual Fall Fitness Fest will be held Sunday outside the St. Francis Rehabilitation Center. The fest includes 10K and 5K runs, a 3.1-mile walk and a 1-mile fun run. Registration is at 11:30 a.m. and events begin at 1 p.m...

Prizes include trophies, medals, ribbons and savings bonds. T-shirts will be given to all Fitness Fest participants.
The event is sponsored by the medical center, HealthSouth Rehabilitation Center and South East Missouri Bank.
