Some I-55 rest areas near Fruitland to be closed for water line repairs

The Interstate 55 rest areas near Fruitland will be closed until further notice while repairs are made on water lines, the Missouri Department of Transportation announced. The rest areas, just south of the Route E interchange with I-55, will be closed to both northbound and southbound traffic, MoDOT announced.
