Some Cape Ameren customers without power
Some local customers of AmerenUE are without power from outages associated with the winter storm moving through the area.
As of 10:15 p.m., 311 AmerenUE electric customers in the Cape Girardeau area were without power, and dozens in other areas of Southeast Missouri were experiencing the same.
An unknown number of customers in without power in Jackson.

In Dexter, Mo., 985 customers were without power, according to the company's Web site.
In Charleston, Mo., 99 customers were without power, and smaller numbers in other areas also had no electricity.
