SIKESTON, Mo. -- Remains of a human body found Sunday will require an anthropologist to determine identification, said Scott County Coroner Scott Amick.
The remains were found near a grain bin on County Road 480, a mile west of Sikeston, Sikeston police said.
The body has been dead "for quite some time," Amick said, declining to speculate on how long the body had been dead, except to advise it would probably take months to determine.
