Sikeston teen injured in Wednesday accident
A Sikeston, Mo., teenager received moderate injuries following a Wednesday evening accident. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the 1999 Cadillac driven by Justin C. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the 1999 Cadillac driven by Justin C. Overbey, 19, ran off the road, struck an embankment and overturned. Overbey was ejected from the vehicle. The accident occurred at 8:07 p.m. about a mile north of Blodgett, Mo., on Route H.
He was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was not wearing a seat belt.
