SEYER EARNS EAGLE RANK

Sean H. Seyer, 17, son of Dennis and Ellen Seyer of Cape Girardeau, recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.

Seyer has been involved with Boy Scouts for the past nine years. He is a member of Troop 16, which is sponsored by the Elks Lodge. For his Eagle Scout project, Seyer repainted the recreational structures on the playground at St. Mary's Early Education Center.

Seyer, a junior at Notre Dame High School, is a member of Old St. Vincent's Church.
