JACKSON -- A course entitled Senior Emergency Training will be held Thursday at Jackson Manor Nursing Center beginning at 10 a.m.
The free program, sponsored by Senior Healthcare Network Club, provides senior citizens with information on what to do before an ambulance arrives, including tips about warning signs for angina, heart attack and stroke, basic life-saving education, and do's and don'ts about what to do before help arrives.
The program last approximately one hour.
