The chairman of Southeast Missouri State University's agriculture department has been named Outstanding Young Alumnus by the College of Agriculture at Arkansas State University.
Danny Terry, a native of Crittenden County, Ark., was honored recently during the Convocation of Scholars Week at the Jonesboro, Ark., school.
