IN A NUTSHELL
Saturday, Boy Scouts will be combing neighborhoods, picking up bags of donated canned goods for its "Scouting for Food" drive. Last week, Scouts left white plastic bags on the handles of doors of homes in Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Scott City and other nearby cities. This Saturday, the Scouts will be back to pick up the bags, hopefully filled with canned goods. To participate, leave the bag on the front step by 9 a.m.
