Scott County man killed in tractor rollover accident

A Scott County man in his 70s died in a tractor accident Tuesday, according to Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter. Deputies responded to a call on Route A between Chaffee, Mo., and New Hamburg, Mo., around 3 p.m. after a motorist reported a tractor tipped over. The tractor rolled on top of the man, who was mowing his pasture, and killed him. The man's name was being withheld pending notification of family members.
